You may not use Vuju.Me to shorten, share, or promote links to:

  • Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code

  • Phishing pages or sites designed to steal credentials or personal information

  • Illegal content of any kind under US federal or Florida state law

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns

  • Counterfeit goods or fraudulent e-commerce sites

  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate against any group

  • Unauthorized copyrighted material or content that infringes intellectual property rights

  • Sites that distribute or sell illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances

  • Adult or sexually explicit content without verified age-gating

3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Vuju.Me to:

  • Circumvent geo-restrictions or sanctions enforced by law

  • Impersonate any person, company, or brand

  • Artificially inflate click counts or engage in click fraud

  • Scrape, crawl, or abuse our API beyond your plan's rate limits

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

  • Resell or white-label the service without written authorization from Vuju.Me

4. Link Monitoring
We reserve the right to scan, review, and remove any shortened link at our discretion. We use automated systems including keyword and brand-impersonation filtering, malware scanning via URLhaus (abuse.ch), and phishing detection to identify policy violations. Manual review may also be conducted. Links found in violation will be disabled without notice.

5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a Vuju.Me link that violates this policy, please report it using the Report link in the footer of our website. We investigate all reports and act promptly.

6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate link deactivation

  • Account suspension or permanent termination

  • Forfeiture of any remaining subscription without refund

  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
